May chance po ba ma-lift or ma-modify yung BPO if the protected person (the “victim”) is the one initiating contact or provoking the respondent? Lumayo na po si respondent, hindi na po niya kinakausap si victim pero si victim po yung nangungulit sa kanya ngayon - messaging sa messaging app, checking yung location ni respondent sa Google Maps, even messaging people na close kay respondent para hanapain kung asan nagsstay ngayon, etc.
