
Internet flapping, no reaction from CityFibre
My ONT constantly dropping connection (video). This happens not for the first time to me. Last time it took several days to be fixed (or to be self-resolved). This time it's ongoing problem for almost 24 hours. Olilo support saying they can't do more than just push CF support. Initially CF reported to Olilo there are no issues on their side, so I had to record a video to prove I have problems. Is it possible to escalate the case and ideally resolve it once and for all?
