Hail of Blades Locke
After a lot of experimentation with different runes I think lock has a lot of synergy with hail of blades and a really strong level 2 and 3 trading pattern.

Locke will get bonus damage with every nail on auto, it doesnt have to be 3 autos thats if u want burst but for all in damage lock has roughly 600 damage(not accounting for resistances) at level 1 with hail of blades, if you q auto q auto q auto. At level 2 the idea is obvious, jump onto them with e and q auto q auto q auto for nearly 700 damage(not accounting for resistances) before backing off. This is stronger at level 3 with w attack speed steroid and healing. This also allows for you to back off earlier if you want to and save mana by not using all of your qs. And it sets up a future all in with ignite and passive missing health damage. Late game while you still want to play for 3qs for maximum burst the extra autos still allows for a lot of damage.
