I have a list pf close associates I email periodically. After emailing them I text and tell them I did so. Most say they have opened it, and Hubspot agrees with them. Some say they opened it but Hubspot shows delivered but not opened. And some cannot find the email in spam or suspect or junk folders even though Hubspot says delivered. Most of my list are on gmail, then iCloud, and then the occasion Yahoo.

Any insight into what is going on here?

My son and I own an LLC. I am doing the books -- although "doing" may be an overstatement. We have existed since 2023 but revenue started in 2025. Our books are a thorough mess. My initial inclination is to pay a Quickin person to fix the books, or find someone online (any recommendations appreciated) or local to do it. Then I thought... since the QBO experience is deteriorating, why not just move everything to an alternative package and set it up properly from the beginning?

Any opinions on this mess are much appreciated.
