Please, give your applicants an update
Hello. Please don't attack me, I'm just curious on to why there are HR na walang update sa mga applicants ng hiring process nila. I do understand naman po na busy lagi mga HR, lahat kasi ginagawa nila pero as an applicant myself, who got to the final stages na (negotiation of salary, exams and passed the final interviews basically), I think applicants deserved an update po because we gave our best effort naman po on our end, if may problema sa signatories and approvals or hindi pasok yung expected salary sa range ng job posting niyo or may napili talaga na iba na- please just tell us po. Minsan po kasi nag fofollow up mga applicants pero wala talagang response po e. Just a simple update, if hindi pa sure baka pwede po sabihin niyo to get back to us as soon as we can para atleast manlang may kausap parin kami on your end.
We did our part na po sa timely interviews, minsan may scheduled interview pero need imove kasi busy sa company niyo and I get it po so sana po, just a little compassion po sa mga nag apply. Most are already dealing with constant rejections, one from you will just be another charge to experience thing for us atleast we can closed that chapter and moved on. Better than being ghosted.
