How many trades should i have left?

I think ive been fairly conservative with my trades, currently have 14 left and 2 boosts after this weeks changes.
Does SuperCoach run into finals games? Or does it finish at week 27?
Im in a private league also so could it go through finals games? I believe it did last year.
Sorry im new to all this

When to see a pelvic floor specialist??

Hi, sorry for the long winded story.
After years of issues (though more so recently) i believe i have just worked out i have pelvic floor issues.
Background- I am M40, and have always felt wound up tight, with high stress and anxiety. I shallow breath constantly, and actually have to make a concerted effort to breath deeply, I feel like i can never relax. My father was a high stress guy so i figured that it was normal to always be on edge.
Ive had lower back pain for years, and always put it down to my poor walking gate, and lack of stretching.
Ive suffered with PE (just lack of control) intermittently since my early 20's which seems to be getting worse, i did kegels for a while which seemed to make the problem worse, and more recently suffered ED (weak erections) and figured it may just be getting older or drinking too much.
Recently i have had a lot of lower back pain, more than usual and the tightness through my back and glutes is like a guitar string.
I stumbled across a pelvic floor tightness and weakness article, and i believe i may have an over active pelvic floor.
Ive started to do some stretching, (happy baby pose, piriformus stretch and abductor stretching) and am trying to diaphragmatic breath a few times a day to try and relax.

My question is at what point should i go see a pelvic floor specialist? Should i just give these exercises a few weeks to see if they help or am i wasting my time without seeing a specialist first?

Also any tips or suggestions welcome.
