Need advice on a vlogging camera!!
Budget: Max of $475 (USD), including minimal accessories. I will eventually spend more on accessories, but this is for now.

If photography; what style: landscape, street
If video what style: Vlogging
What features do you absolutely need: good battery life, viewfinder preferred but not necessary
What features would be nice to have: waterproof
Portability: Pocket or small bag
Cameras you're considering: Insta360 X4 and the Insta360 GO Ultra. Both are small and portable. They also both have good quality.
Cameras you already have: I am very new to using cameras, especially for video. I have a Kodak PixPro F55.
Notes: I am wanting to use this camera to vlog upcoming trips and more for casual use. I really don’t have much knowledge so any advice would be helpful.
