Best Bible to read for story accuracy?

I want to read the Bible not for religious reasons, but simply because I want to read and understand the stories and have more knowledge of the religion but without shortening the experience. I’d like to read something as “accurate” as possible and am not worried about old timey English. I would assume the King James Version is best, but I also don’t know, so I came here for help. I also want to read it on my Kindle so it’s easier to make notes and stuff. Any help in the right direction is appreciated thank you 🥰

Scheduling surgery soon

Hi! I am a 24 year old female and this month I have an appointment with my surgeon to schedule OHS for my valve replacement. I am currently in severe aortic stenosis and regurgitation. Not really experiencing any symptoms tbh which is good but I still need the surgery. What all do I have to expect when it comes to the surgery and then recovery process? I know it’s different for each person but I just want a general idea. Can you still do hard things after OHS? Like after I’m healed could I still do my tough girl job or do I have to think of a different career? Did you need someone to take care of you during recovery at home or can you do everything by yourself just slowly? Can I still drink, smoke weed, party in my 20s or is that done now? Idk I’m anxious

Things to help decay and bad teeth/gums at home

I am trying to get dental insurance and go to a dentist, but before I can do that, I was wondering what is actually recommended for stopping or preventing more decay and bad teeth. Any mouth wash I can buy at Walgreens that will help stop or slow down that decaying process? Toothpaste recommendations? Anything please.
