How do you handle surveillance when a claimant is moving across multiple California counties?
We’ve had a few workers’ comp files lately where the claimant is bouncing between different parts of Northern California throughout the week. For those of you handling CA claims, do you prefer keeping one investigator on the file from start to finish, or handing surveillance off between investigators based on territory?
Curious how adjusters are handling this, especially when it comes to keeping reports, timestamps, and observations consistent across multiple investigators.
