Shimmer? Other apps? Is there anything worth the subscription price?

I'm suspicious of any company trying to make money off of my ADHD, but I imagine there are some apps out there that actually help some symptoms.

Any recommendations or anti-recommendations?

The Shimmer ADHD Growth Summit keeps coming up on my feed, and some of the speakers look interesting.

Sources for educating family members?

I'm grateful people are so aware of mental health issues these days but Long Covid isn't one. I mean, of course I'm depressed and anxious and am on some meds for that, but they don't cure my fatigue, PEM, or brain fog.

Are there any good resources you've found for educating people? I'm so tired of explaining about the lack of research, the anecdotal evidence, the lack of support for the theory that this is just another mental illness.

Did you all see this part of the testimony? Lila Bonner's parents formed a 501c3 that GIVES camps so much of what they need to be responsible around safety - best practices, templates, checklists, communication sets, referrals to experts.

On one hand, I feel like this is letting the state DSH off the hook and why should camps that make millions every session get away with not paying a safety consultation?

But my hope is, they'll ultimately become a group offering a private certification that parents take seriously, and not rely on donations.
