Pretty sure I just met a Serial Killer

Yeah I'm pretty certain I just met one.

Guy orders wing stop, delivery was super easy, the pay was good, etc. ..and then I roll up to the apartment complex. The drop off is at the base of a canyon road, as soon I step out of the car there was this... Uncomfortable feeling, Either way get inside the building, the buildings are old, no Ac and smelled like swamp ass, find the apartment and knock on the door as it's "meet at the door" drop off. Whatever I'm chillin, doing my job. Then... The guy opens the door, it's the middle of the day and it's pitch black inside his apartment. And the smell hit me harder, the smell of decay, I've smelt it before in my life unfortunately. And he's staring at me, his eyes wide and the creepiest goddamn grin I've ever seen in my life, dude legit looked like Naughty Fred from Courage the cowardly dog, and even sounded like him, "Thaaank yooouuuu" he says super quietly. And slowly backs into the darkness and shuts the door, never breaking eye contact. I ran so fast back to my car... Never again!!

Unaware of Moving Violation?

Alright so, this is just a quick question. I've looked all over the Internet with no possible answers. So seeing if someone has had a similar situation and how they handled it/took care of it. I have a moving violation for fatigue from 3 years ago. I was never informed, given notice, no ticket, no mail, email, etc.

To put into context, (and this is the only thing I can think of when it happened) three years ago I worked for a really shitty small company (15 - 20 trucks) Owner was an absolute douchbag asshole, but I was new to driving and needed the experience, so I did whatever they asked. My last load for them, was from Cali to Utah. My time was out and I shut down for the night somewhere in Nevada. I get a call from said owner, screaming and cussing at me and calling me names to drive the rest of the way saying I was a soft ass pansy and wouldn't have survived the 70s and to alter my logs, I tried explaining to him that is illegal and he threatened my job. So I got back behind the wheel (Yes I know, stupid, roast me, flame me, whatever idc, I know better now) got stopped at a station on just the other side of UT. Officer saw how tired I was even tho I lied and said I was fine and he shut me down for 10 hours, told me all was good after I get some sleep, got a call from owner once again cussing raising hell that I got caught, told him I was done with the BS and illegal shit, that I would drive back, park the truck and to kick rocks.

I hung up my CDL after that, let it expire and downgraded it. I figure if that's all I can hope for trucking aint for me unfortunately.

Now three years later, the road she is a calling boys. I miss it so damn bad. I see a company hiring and I apply, getting through the hiring process, got my CDL back and then get hit with the news that I have a violation on my background. WTF when? how? And that I might not get hired now. Obviously I'm disputing it and sending in the appropriate emails. Other than that is there anything else I can do? Or should I just hang up the CDL for good?
