Question for Self Employed Therapists who do outcalls

Now that fuel prices have skyrocketed, how are you compensating? Have you done a fuel surcharge, or raised your rates?
I've sat down, and done my math, and i'm spending about $75 to $100 more a week in fuel to travel to my clients.
Are you just eating the cost?
