Due to exams i didnt work out at all for 1.5 yrs and now im very skinny fat (this is due to eating chips and drinking soda drinks and not moving at all...like literally)

If i want to change and improve my physique what should i do, and i dont have enough money to buy a lot of supplements as im a student

Any affordable diet tips would be helpful and also what kind of workout i need to do more and stuff to improve.

And the worst part? Insta literally pushes these typa content, anything with hate towards indians is blowing up bcoz of instas garbage algorithms.

And i just dont get how is this level of blatant rascism normalised towards indians and its suddenly illegal for blacks
