I was administered the WAIS IV when I was 16 as a part of diagnostic testing for ADHD. The psychiatrist who administered the test, only gave me an FSIQ when she gave the results back, despite her noting the large discrepancy between my PS and PR.

Is there any reason she might have chosen to include the FSIQ instead of GAI? She never ended up diagnosing me with anything and instead said that “I just need to try harder to focus in school”.
