Speech-to-text anything, Job application form filler, git commit filler

I have hardware from a startup exit and have repurposed it to serve a fully customized agentic platform with custom endpoints for iOS, web app and macbook integrations I've built for productivity and to aid my job search.

  1. Platform all of the common endpoints and abstracted LLM and agent components that the backends call

  2. STT anything, whisper-based server-side and client solution that allows me to STT in any app, essentially a customizable fully controlled replacement for Apple microphone or microphone in any app. Much better quality and tuned just for me and my domain knowledge/app aware; voice and text macros.

  3. Fills in job applications in front of me and I can see what it missed or *gasp* got wrong which has happened only once out of hundreds of field fills, typically it just abstains

  4. Git leaves meaningful, detailed commit messages.

Get EPA First or Just Dive In?

IT professional switching careers. Technically inclined, can lift my half of a compressor, understand hazardous and uncomfortable working conditions. On the fence about taking a couple weeks and doing my certification or just diving in and getting an apprenticeship. Should I just start working and get the cert in parallel or will having the cert help get the apprenticeship?
