Graphics settings issue help please

Hey everyone. So I just got a new pc and got everything hooked up and the game downloaded. I went to graphics in settings to adjust a lot of things to increase my fps and all the setting keep disappearing and it says no accessibility settings to display. Sometimes it’ll go away about 5 seconds after I get into settings sometimes it’ll show all the settings then go in and out. I verified my files on steam and it didn’t seem to fix anything. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m a little freaked out bc if there’s something wrong with the pc the return window is only so long ya know. Thanks for all the help in advance.

Matchmaking

So when me and my cousin win a match by a good margin and do well we know immediately that the next game is going to be a sweat fest. I absolutely hate how it switches up so fast on the matchmaking. Then if we get stomped it’s going to be an easier lobby the next game. Is it because there just aren’t a ton of players so it can’t find the middle ground? It’s like you get punished for winning in this game.
