Started 244 to 164 lots of walking with a very bad hip. I still hit 10k daily until target weight for replacement. Then after that replacement i hit it hard went to gym in Jan start calorie deficit too. Lots of hard work but im proud of myself. I was so scared to start it and now the results are more then i can imagine. No matter what i did in the pass i couldnt drop weight even only even on 1500 cal diet. Then i found out i have diabetes type 2. Sept will be 2 yrs on ozempic
