
Keep cutting?
5’ 10”, currently 166 lbs down from 180 lbs. I’ve been cutting while lifting on a PPL schedule, increasing weights as often as I can, usually in a 2-500 cal deficit, but I’m starting to feel too skinny. I’m thinking I still have some cutting to do and weight to lose around the core, but I want to make sure I’m doing it healthy. Current plan is to reevaluate at 160. Just want some other eyes and opinions to avoid body dysmorphic thoughts. Thanks!
