Hello! I’ve been sitting on this idea to create a Venusian themed series around romanticizing life. It can seem so difficult in our busy lives to prioritize softness, comfort and harmony with responsibilities that never end. Or focus more than is helpful on what’s hard and needs “fixing”.

IMO, mindfulness practices are at the heart of romanticizing your life. I’m not saying we pretend that struggle isn’t part of life sometimes but that we allow ourselves to come back into the present moment, to cultivate safety and security, to pay attention to what our thoughts are telling us or what automatic defenses are showing up. Again, IMO, creating these sacred moments for ourselves can be an act of rebellion in a world that can make us feel trapped in survival mode.

I know it’s not simple and sometimes the effort and activation that comes up with slowing down is too real. I think of romanticizing your life as a journey where we can learn to tune in and compassionately give back to our mind, body and soul what nourishes us.

I’m leaning into my creativity here and using my vision board cards in the mini readings as inspiration and guidance to help you ease into the current moment. For me, mine was to pay attention to my thoughts and notice how they may be creating more stress and discomfort in my body. Ace of cups tells me to redirect my thoughts towards ideas that boost creativity, intuition, emotional fulfillment.

Well…here I am! 💗 I love doing readings for people that are self focused, reflective and growth oriented.
