what is this? its so scary! and where is the other one???

At the start of this year, I bought a minecraft account from this person called Hellen Wong. A few months later, I try to login and it doesn't work. I check the microsoft account, and it says that the purchase of minecraft had been disputed. Although this is agaisnt G2G's own policy, since the seller charged the order back a few months after I purchased it G2G support doesn't really care since the chargeback happened a few months later. I know the chargeback has happened in the past month since I play on that account quite often. Above is proof that I bought the account, contacted HELLen about it getting disputed and getting left on seen, Hellen Wong's full account (theres no 24/7 support), and proof of the account being disputed. I don't know how many people "she" has scammed since she's sold like 70k minecraft accounts (iirc) so just like. DON'T buy off of her or anyone on this website because they can just chargeback whenever they want if their bank allows it IDK. I'm a teen, dude I just wasted $20 on an account I got for like 5 months ofc i'm pissed
