Has anyone else been able to contact NinjaCentral for payment support? Was hoping to still be able to donate via card. Tried emailing and using the contact page but to no avail. For context, it's been about a week since I first reached out.

The terms mentioned it's possible to reach out via Discord too, but it seems to be blocked for non-VIP to begin. Is there any alternative channel to reach out for support?

Hi all, potential first time car buyer here interested in Honda Freed Hybrid and driving the full 10 years. Leaning towards AD too but happy to hear and learn more about going the PI route.

1. Considering I'm looking at a hybrid vehicle, would AD be the better choice when it comes to long-term support?

2. I'm under the impression that Hybrid is more complex than ICE due to batteries and electrical components. Hence trickier to service and source for parts, making AD the favourable choice. Is that accurate?

3. How is support for PI car if I extend COE for another 10 years? And what if it closes shop midway?

4. Can an independent car workshop reliably service a Hybrid as well as a PI-partnered workshop or AD? Sorry if the question sounds ignorant, just wondering if it requires specialized skills and equipment which might not be accessible to common workshops.
