Guy sent me a mod to try, I run it and seconds later I see a lot of critical mails for my Alt account

Now I can't login and when I try to it asks me for a parent to allow

I can't recover it at all

And do I have to reinstall windows or? Atm I have all the wifi and ethernet connection off on pc, using the phone to post this
