OG chrome bumper from 87 with bumper mounts, could use some love but in ok condition

I’ve got a extra top that I’ve been thinking about selling. It has both driver side windows buster but passenger are still good.

Rear windshield wiper motor

I also have a disassembled driver seat I was going to get it reupholstered but found replacements instead

Look hub

Anyone know what’s going on with this?
Work at a bike shop that deals with a lot of cool old donations. This came in and I’m having trouble finding any info. Look rear hub ano red, it’s got that plastic jawn comin off the non drive side. Feels like it has some “clicks” kinda like a dynamo interface. Hoping some nerd or old head could point me in the right direction. Thanks! 2211 is stamped on the plastic.
