2026 Hackney Half chip didn't validate for the race!
I ran the 2026 HHM on the weekend. After picking up my bib number from the festival area on the Friday, neither my number nor my name was registered on the app despite having a place to participate in the run. I went to the info desk before the race and was advised that the chip will validate when I cross the start line. On finishing the race my name and number were still not on the tracking app, and my friends and family couldn't track me at all. So the only proof I have completed the race is on Strava...Is there anything that can be done post race to register/validate my time or that I participated?
UPDATE:
My chip did register as ‘Spare Entry’ on MyLaps with my bib number so I have a chip time to refer to. Still no response from Hackney Moves.
