Has anyone weened off daily Metoprolol Succinate?

(39m) I was diagnosed with afib a year ago, self-converted after four hours and that was my only experience since then. Been taking baby aspirin and 12.5mg of Metoprolol Succinate at night and feel pretty good for the most part. The main issue for me is shortness of breath when exerting myself in the gym or if i do a lot of walking around for the day.

I believe my afib is a result of gut dysbiosis/histamine intolerance leading to malabsorption/nutrient issues that I’ve been battling over the last two years. Magnesium Taurate has been crucial to keep any flutters away. My cardiologist said because I’m on such a low does of Met it would be safe to go off and just use the pill in pocket method. Has anyone had success going off and not getting rapid adrenaline responses?

2013 Elantra theft again after update. Any advice dealing with insurance or the dealership?

Stuck with a busted up ignition and window again and really don’t want this car anymore. It’s just attracting theft and the incompetent dealership updates clearly don’t work. Has anyone else had success in getting their car “totaled” or trading it in as is?
