Hi just a few quick questions if anyone is able to answer. When exactly do the drinks get made? The app has you choose a time for it to be ready by, but are drinks made when you arrive if you select drive thru pickup? If the drink has started melting, could you get it re-blended?

Whenever I do walk up window pickup, they have my drink ready or are finishing it up. Same usually happens for drive thru but today was kinda weird bc i was in line for my drink at the specified time and had to wait over 20 minutes to get it. By the time I realized it’d be faster to instead walk up and say “sorry i chose drive pickup but the lines too long”, i was trapped. usually if your drink is ready before the car at the window’s is, they give it to you before you get to it so you’re able to exit the line, but they didn’t do that so i started worrying. I’m thinking my drink will be half melted so I just asked if they were able to re-blend drinks if they’re melted (for future reference) due to the 20+ minute delay but when she handed it to me the broista looked at me like i was stupid and said they just made it. i was genuinely just curious bc it took so long like damn my bad 😭😭💔

Yesterday I picked up my little sibling from soccer practice and we wanted dutch so I decided to place a mobile order. I was thinking it would be a quick pickup since the drinks would be ready, but it turns out I had the wrong location selected. The app went with the closest location which wasn’t the one we were headed to, since we were heading home already.

I should’ve noticed but didn’t realize until the broista was trying to find it on their system. Shoutout to them tho bc they realized what happened and said it was fine since they were slow. They scanned my app and made my drinks, does that mean they payed for it or what happened there? i had no funds on my app and they said it was fine when i pulled out my card.

has this happened before to anyone?
