Any tips on gender? Too young?

This is Sushi, my curly hair tarantula!! She/he is my first tarantula and has molted a few times, the latest being yesterday. I got this pretty good angle of their underside, is there a good prediction on their gender?? They are pretty young so I’m not sure if anything is obvious, but it never hurts to ask!! I would love to know any good tips or any ideas!! Thank you so much :)

Two periods in three weeks?

Hi!! I’m writing this question because I have just started a second period in the span of three weeks and it is confusing me so I am hoping for advice!!

For some reference info, I have stopped taking birth control for about six months now, and in that span I have had very normal periods once a month.

I did have intercourse that required me to take a plan b

And I did some (but not a lot) of exercise last week

But I have never in my life had two periods so close together, and with the plan b scenario I am especially worried. I have taken them in the past but it never caused a second period, and I took it about a week ago. If any of you guys have any advice or explanations on if this is normal or not, I would be eternally grateful.

Thank you!!!

Am I Dramatic or Does This Really Suck?

I am writing this post because I’ve been working at a dealership as a service advisor for three days and I’ve decided to quit and go back to my old job. PLEASE tell me if I’m dramatic and I shouldn’t quit or if I’m justified in my feelings.

So my old job is kinda ass. I make about 3.2k a month and I wanted something better. So I interviewed at a dealership for a service advisor position. In the interview he promised 4.5k a month so I was like hell yeah! He called next day and hired me on and wanted me to start in two days. I frantically get my drug test done and all onboarding that same day, and I started my job when my drug test hadn’t even come back yet (red flag?).

So I start. And I get zero training. My drug test results were holding me back from getting my login info so they just put me on the floor. There is only one other service advisor there and he started to train me just by making me do all his work while he complained every time I did something wrong. I was told it’s better to ask questions than do something wrong, but after getting complained at so many times for asking questions I just started doing things how I thought they were supposed to be done, and then getting complained at when he had to fix my mistakes.

Am I justified in just leaving? They don’t seem happy to train me and I feel so stupid trying to figure this out on my own. But the pay seems very good for a few months (oh and they didn’t tell me it was gonna be 2.5k a month plus commission after my training)

Please give me advice I am so distraught about this! Thank you!!
