Olá pessoal. Sou um falante de português como língua estrangeira e o nível que já atingi é bastante decente. Ontem estudei usando vídeos de português para concurseiros e reparei que muitas vezes as orações das questões usam vocabulário ou estruturas incomuns. Eu agradeceria muito a ajuda de vocês para entender melhor as seguintes orações:

Fazei grande provisão de papel e tinta que te proporcionarei oportunidade de escrever grandes façanhas.

Minha suspeita foi que 'fazei' era uma conjugação imperativa. Fui pesquisar e descobri que estava certo, mas fiquei com um par de dúvidas:

1. Li na internet que vos se refere à 2da pessoa do plural, mas na oração o pronome está sendo usado para se referir à 2da pessoa do singular.
2. Em que contextos os brasileiros encontrariam uma oração usando esse tipo de conjugação? Além da bíblia, possivelmente.

Como todas as outras pessoas, historiadores são mais perceptivos depois que as coisas obedecem.

O que significa obedecer neste contexto? Como assim tem coisas que podem 'obedecer'?

Eu me furtaria a vergonha de passar o resto da vida inebriada pela própria ilusão.

O que significa furtar neste contexto?

Costureira decente não perde a linha.

Eu sei que esta oração é um trocadilho, mas queria entender o duplo sentido.

I was just browsing the Refold core vocabulary decks and something really rubbed me the wrong way. Apparently, some of them were made using recordings from native speakers (e.g., Spanish, German, Czech), while others use AI-generated audio (e.g., Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, Swedish). Here's the thing: it's absolutely baffling to me that they chose not to hire native speakers for all of their decks.

Robot voices are not native speakers, no matter how good they are. It's wild that Refold heavily stresses the importance of input while using audio that is an approximation of native-speaker pronunciation for their core vocabulary decks, instead of the actual pronunciation of native speakers. For some languages with huge dialectal variation or with complex phonological inventories, like Dutch or Mandarin Chinese, this could be an even bigger issue.

Can we have native-speaker audio for all of the decks, not just some of them? This really feels like asking for the bare minimum.

• What's going on in this sentence? Ձեր մազերը պետք է ներկել: I thought that պետք է always had to be accompanied by the subjunctive mood, so instead I would have expected Ձեր մազերը պետք է ներկես.

Կարծում եմ՝ շեկ մազերը Ձեզ շատ կսազեն

According to the translation, շեկ means blonde, but when I looked up շեկ մազեր on Google Images, there were many pictures of blonde and red-haired women. Which one is it?
