how am I even supposed to come close to defeating Gelderfang?

No mandatory fight in the game up until now has made me put the game on story difficulty to complete it. I'm playing on daring, and I'm mainly asking this question because I want to play on core in my next playthrough, but I think I'll have to pass on that because of this fight. Short of installing mods, I don't see any way to kill this guy on difficulties higher than normal. My builds are solid, I understand the system fairly well, and yet my entire party just gets stunned or feared and then one shot in one turn because this guy gets like 8 attacks per round.

I told the succubi to poison him. I made the deal with the steward so my party could help me.

I have the following buffs applied to everyone: Protection from evil, protection from chaos, bless, prayer, guarded hearth, resist energy communal to acid and protection from energy acid (to counteract the other enemy's breath weapon.), haste, and unbreakable heart.

I have Arueshalae buffed as much as possible with her spells. Any abilities that would give penalties to attack rolls are turned off. I have her use Instant Enemy on him and then Share Quarry (probably not what it's called, the ranger ability that gives allies a part of her bonus to favored enemies).

Woljif has his dex mutagen from vivisectionist on, mirror image, blur, and mage armor.

Seelah uses mark of justice on him first turn.

Sosiel is my buffer. He has a glaive to attack with when he's not casting.

Ember debuffs and heals. Evil eye to AC, etc.

My character is a stigmatized witch lich. I use feast of blood and ennervate a lot.

Despite all of this, as soon as it's his turn, he either:

A: beelines 60m directly to my KC and one shots him.

B: beelines to my frontliners and one shots them.

then the other two are just insult to injury. never before have i been this stumped by a game. like i said i just put it on story because i was done with that shit, but i would like to get all the difficulty related achievements next playthrough on core. I just can't see any way to beat this guy. he has no weaknesses, no way to distract him, nothing.

How do I force enemies to attack my tank instead of just ignoring her?

Nearly every damn fight enemies just completely ignore my frontline and go straight for my MC, a very squishy witch that is my main debuffer and dps. I basically just have to reload every fight over and over again until the RNG decides they don't one shot me. Is there some kind of mechanic I'm missing?

I'm specifically having trouble with a dragon named Beverach in wintersun if that helps.

Nevermind lol. Got sick of this game's shit and put it on story difficulty for that fight.
