Loan for summer tuition?
Hi all! I have a question regarding my financial situation and figured it would be worth asking for advice. My summer tuition displayed on MyUTK as of right now is about $6,700. I know that I received a scholarship for one of my classes for $3000 and I should be receiving additional financial aid through the HOPE scholarship and Pell Grant. My issue is, if those scholarships do not apply by the 18th, I will have to pay that $6,700 upfront and I currently only have about $6,000 in my bank account. I would rather not have to ask my parents to borrow money, as well as spend the entirety of my savings. So i was curious what the best course of action would be; is there a way to take out a 0% interest loan? Any help is appreciated!

Focusing on multiple subjects?
Hello! I’ve been using my Canon 5D Mark IV for a couple of weeks now, so forgive me if I am missing something very obvious, but I have a question about focusing on subjects: specifically when there is a scenario where you have multiple. In this picture, I am disappointed that only one of the ducks are in focus as otherwise I would have been quite happy with it. I’ve been exclusively using the viewfinder to take my pictures and it seems as the only the only area of focus is the direct center. Is there wa way to use the viewfinder and have my focus bee off centered or on multiple subjects, or would I have to switch to using the screen to achieve this? Thank you!

Hello all! I went birding for the first time recently and had such an amazing time! It was also one of the first times i’ve used a proper camera and I just wanted to share some of the pictures I managed to get! Location is East TN, and I was able to confidently ID all except the last photo: thinking I. spurius but am not quite sure? Definitely will be getting back out into the field as soon as I can!
