Hello, so basically I have a lot of extra time I’m 37 years old and I want to do volunteer firefighting. When I was younger back in 2011 I got two felony evading police charges and bail on bail enhancements and few misdemeanors for drugs. I have cleaned up my act got my bachelors in business admin. I am financially secure I don’t even work anymore I just want to actually do volunteer work not looking to get hired or start getting paid. Is this a possibility ? I’d like to know more about it

ok so I am a 6 ft male . started at 234 pounds. 37 years old.

i started 2.5 with 2 days left for it to be three weeks

i am at 219 pounds now .

i do my fourth injection on Tuesday , and I picked up my refill today but I asked to up it to 5mg .

it works really good, I maintain a very good diet at around 800-1100 calories a day.

its really motivating so whoever is thinking about doing it just go for it.

Hey guys i decided to try out zepbound im 37 years old 234 pounds 6 ft male, for the most part i have a fast metabolism like if i watch my diet i lose weight fast i was 243 as of last week so i lost 10 pounds almost naturally ill keep you guys posted how the zepbound helps im starting it today .
