Just got the Ally yesterday and was wondering if I should keep my device plugged into the charger 24/7 or if I should play with it off etc?

Im wondering what is a better time to take it, day or night? I was told it has a little boost in energy and to take it in the morning. Would it be more beneficial in the long run to take it at night with supper?

I’m on 450 XR and have been taking it in the morning. I’m not very consistent with the times taking it sometimes as early as 7:30 or as late as 10:30 (goal is 8 am everyday).
