Need ID please…mostly if it is plant matter, skin, or somehow insect adjacent. Found in my hair

Found this in my hair, after a lice scare…I just need to know if it is louse related or just some plant particle or dead skin. Not really versed in microscopy, but I got one as a gift and I absolutely could not tell with a naked eye what it is.
