Do customers not understand?

So I closed in jewelry a couple days ago, and I was showing this lady necklaces that were gold and that were almost worth 600 dollars. After, this other customer comes and asks me if I can show her this jewelry on the other side of the counter, and I politely said “yes, i will show you after i help this lady right here” and the lady I was helping said “oh it’s okay you can go help her i can just try these on” and i told her “no, unfortunately i can’t help two at the same time and i have to stay with the jewelry! its company policy!” and she said “oh i’m not gonna do anything you can just show her” I was already annoyed and said “no it’s okay i can only help you right now” and after she said with an attitude “wow they’re very strict over here” to the other lady

Like come on, I just told you it was company policy! I can only help one person at a time!!!

Need Help Deciding!

Hello Everybody! Since summer is coming soon, I won’t be in school no more and I was thinking about becoming a coordinator at my TJ Maxx, but I have no idea which position is the best! So if any of you can give me the pros and cons of each one of these so I can decide to pick which one I want to be!

Customer Experience Coordinator
Backroom Coordinator
Homegoods Coordinator (most likely for food and pets)

Thank you!
