Meal prep advice

I'll eat just about anything but depression is at an all time high and I want something that I can eat every day for lunch that takes very little prep and is low carb

Any help would be appreciated

New Pen Day - Platinum 3776 UEF

I thought my Vanishing point (which I paid half retail for) would be my most expensive pen and I don't suspect I will own anything over this one but who knows.

I was super anxious because of the money spent and the unknown of liking how a pen writes.

I love it. I love writing tiny, always have, and being able to do so with whatever ink color I wish and with a comparably smooth writing (my smallest non fp pen is the Pilot High Tec C 0.25mm, this is worlds smoother)

The color is beautiful

Retail Therapy

Been having a rough go. Trying to encourage myself to draw. I probably got too many... Ah well.

I'm finding 0.3mm is my favorite but I compromise for 0.5mm in various cases.

Snagged an old style Kerry (Pentel 5?) and was glad to do so.

The one that is most interesting to me currently is the Gundam one (last one) says Sharp on the packaging so... Pentel? (Would love anything more information wise on this).

From Top to Bottom.

Pentel Smash 0.3mm.

Alvin Draft-Line 0.3mm.

Pentel P203 0.3mm.

Platinum Pro Use MSD-1500 0.3mm.

Pentel 5(?) 0.5mm.

Pentel Kerry 0.5mm.

Pentel PG5 0.5mm.

GSI Creos GP01 Sharp 0.3mm.

New Pens and Old

I've been having a rough go at it and retail therapy genuinely helps. I am much better now than I was 10 years ago and think critically about my purchases.

I do my best to either buy pens that I think will be different from what I have or that are clones of each other so that I can gain data for future purchases. I try not to be a "collector" for the sake of collecting because I have a problem.

I bought the Majohn A1 first to see if a vanishing point was worth it to me. Loved it.

Got a good deal on a Vanishing Point, unfortunately you can see it writes as thin or thinner than all of these 'EF' nibs and is labeled M. So surely the nib was reground. The seller gave me a partial refund so I spent about 100 USD on it. Not quite satisfied but live and learn.

Next was the big red pen. I adore it. I have big hands and I enjoy the size of the pen a lot. The pen it's mimicking is just way out of my price range and I fear it will be forever. I am pretty happy with this pen though.

The last two came at the same time.

The Jinhao 10 is comparable to the other two retractables but the feed isn't quite as good as the Jinhao. Of the retractables I have I'd say the Majohn beats the other two by quite a bit except for the click on the Vanishing Point seems more robust.

Again with a larger pen; The Jinhao x159, very comparable to the Jinhao 9019 but with a smaller converter so I'm not sure which I prefer.

Overall I'm having a rough time and my silly little hobbies help me get through the day. If you're part of the mechanical pencil subreddit you'll see a similar post.

What would happen?

So I have a player who's a Thin Blood. There is a prime diablerie target coming up that's a Tremere. (Anarch chronicle, Tremere is Cammy in exile)

This Thin Blood owes a boon to a fairly powerful Tzmisce.

Obviously this is my chronicle and I can do whatever I want. However I was wondering what sorts of things y'all might think would happen. Would the Tzmisce , kill on sight? Extortion? Used as a pawn in a grander scheme?

Additionally a new question: if a thin blood diablerizes a Tremere, does the thin blood become Tremere?

I want to preface this with I'm a seasoned GM and have run 50ish different systems. I am new to VtM. Additionally, adapting on the fly is not a problem for me and making the game interesting/tests worthwhile for players.

I am running the premade story arch "The Dying Fields" out of "Let the Streets Run Red"

Most every Test requires 4 successes. Some of them are as silly as "you know that these dozens of magpies standing still and staring at you is not normal behavior"

Most of the time my players are rolling 4 Dice, 6 with a Blood Surge. Sometimes they're rolling 6/8 if it's something they're good at.

The chances for 4 successes on 4 Dice is roughly 6 percent. On six dices its only 34 percent.

All this to say, are these "normal" should your players be failing 2/3 of the time or more?

A bit underwhelmed, I didn't have hope for the fountain pens (had to switch colors because I ruined the yellow 😂) but was a shame to see some hell and even ball points still smudged. I wasn't expecting a miracle but these seem no better than regular good quality highlighters.

Also meant to take a before picture but jumped the gun in a few.
