Burgundy with gold or black with silver?

I don't have any burgundy bags and it would pair well with my wardrobe year-round. My only concern is that the gold hardware will fade or chip with wear - for those familiar with balenciaga, how has the hardware held up with heavy use?

I also feel like the gold makes it look a little dressier and I'm going for something more casual looking. But the burgundy is so scrumptious with the gold.

I also love the black with silver. It just looks really effortlessly cool. But I also have a similar-but-different style (a medium black Proenza PS1, both have the slouchy look with top handle and crossbody strap) with gunmetal hardware, and all of my other black bags have gold or brass.

Is sitting for an unsocialized cat a turnoff?

I'm a HO who is involved in local TNR, and recently brought inside a feral girl about 3 weeks ago. She is living in one of my bathrooms while we work on socializing her for indoor life and getting her used to people. It's still very early so she does not tolerate being touched. So her care basically involves putting out fresh food and water, cleaning her litter, and sitting quietly by her for 20-30 min 2x a day. I also have a very sweet 12 year old boy who is social and loves people.

We have a trip coming up in Sept and I've been getting anxious due to the low number of apps. I did get back to one sitter but she has not replied, which made me wonder if caring for a feral is potentially intimidating? I am transparent about this in my listing but wondering what y'all think. I also noticed there's generally lower applicant volume since the price increase, so there's that too. I am open to looking for a paid sitter if there's still no interest.

For context, the sit is in Austin, pretty centrally located and all my reviews are 5 stars. If any one is interested, let me know too. 😄

Feral brought inside - won't come out of trap, won't eat

Hey y'all! Yesterday we trapped and brought inside a lovely little feral who had moved into our yard a month or two ago. She was already TNRed. She had a big traumatic day yesterday, between getting trapped and taken to the vet for shots/microchip/disease testing. She has since been decompressing in a small bathroom, where we put food, water, a carrier, and her litter box.

But she will not come out of the trap (which is covered in a towel sprayed with feliway and the front door is removed) and it's been over 24 hours. She also has not eaten or had any water from what I can tell. She peed yesterday inside the trap when we got home, luckily it was lined with a puppy pad so we just slid it out of there. Her food and water are right in front of the trap entrance. She also did not touch the churu we put in a dish this morning.

Any advice? Is it ok to just let her stay in the open trap? Ideally she'd move to the comfortable carrier but I don't want to spook her even more. I know it's normal for them to not eat for a few days but that has not prevented me from spiraling and wondering if this was a mistake. Any tips or reassurance would be appreciated! We also just installed a camera to better monitor her. Thanks!

Should ferals be counted as another pet?

HO here. I recently started feeding a feral cat. I have just the one indoor cat but should I be counting this feral as another pet even though he's not technically mine and sitters just need to put out food 2x a day at the same time my indoor cat is fed? I don't wanna misrepresent my listing.
