I am currently looking for a private room in a shared apartment or house, ideally somewhere along the Needham/Newton/Nonatum/Newton Center/Newtonville (Anything along the lines of route 59 MBTA), from approximately July 6 to September 6, with the possibility of extending through October if needed.

My budget is $1,200/month and under, excluding utilities.

Hi all I'm interning at a company off A St in Needham this summer and looking for a temporary room or sublease for July 6– September 6 (~8 weeks), with possible extension if it's a good fit on both sides.

Looking for:

• A private room in a shared 3–4BR house/apartment (happy to join an existing household)
• Budget: up to $1,200/month, excluding utilities
• Ideally Newton Upper Falls, Newton Highlands, Newton Center, or Needham, anywhere near the Needham St/Oak St corridor or the Route 59 bus line, since that's my commute
• Move-in date flexible by a few days, possibly by 10th July.

A bit about me: clean, quiet, working full-time during the day, easy to live with. Happy to chat here or over DM first, do a video call, and provide references.
