This is the PERFECT red for me. Not purple (please no purple 😭), not too brown. I hate this formula though. Does anyone have an alternative?

About me:
Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Bushwick. My lease is up in July, and I am hoping to re-sign for another year with someone new since my roommate moved back to LA.

I am a mental health therapist and work in midtown 3x a week and remotely 2x a week from my room. Casper (cat in pictures) is very chatty and friendly, but he spends most of his time on my bed.

I love reading, cooking, and spending time with friends though I’m not much of a host and will normally chill outside of the apartment.

About the apartment:
The apartment is centrally located in Bushwick with easy access to the M (0.3 miles) and the L (0.5 miles) train. The apartment building was built in 2015 and the unit is located on the third floor. It is a walkup building. Maintenance is relatively responsive and we’ve had no issues with pests or neighbors.

The unit has an in-unit laundry (combined washer/dryer) and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. I also have a Peloton that you are free to use.

I pay $50 more because my room is bigger and has access to the balcony. The rent is $1950 + around $100 of utilities. The room comes with the furniture (bed, desk, drawers, lamp)

About you:
I am looking to live with a woman or nb person who is in the mid to late 20s and also a young professional. You are clean, considerate, and willing to help out with chores weekly. We have a rotating chore chart that I would like to keep up with whoever lives here next.

I appreciate open communication!! I want to be intentional about finding a good fit, so I’m happy to meet in person or FaceTime before moving forward. Living with someone is a big deal and I want to treat it as such! I hope we can become friends but I am also happy to keep it as a respectful roommate relationship.
