My budget is up to** **€1,000/month including utilities, and I’m mainly looking for a room in a shared house or a studio. I’m flexible about the location as long as I can easily commute to WdKA by bike or public transport.

I’m also willing to travel to Rotterdam before the semester starts if attending viewings in person would significantly improve my chances.

Up until now I’ve sent requests on pararius and househunting but i’m not sure I’ll actually receive any responses.

Is it still realistic to find accommodation starting now for the last week of August?

Are there any neighborhoods around Rotterdam that you’d recommend for students?

Any tips for avoiding scams or standing out when applying?

I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences
