Since the way you make your muscles get larger is by doing micro tearing when you work out, wouldn't that mean he'd never be able to build that muscle? Either that or he'd get do big so fast that he'd dwarf the hulk?

Is there any place for resources about the macross visual design? Specifically all the little line details on the ships? I'm looking for something that gives the feel of a ​veritech fighter that doesn't explicitly show a veritech fighter.
