My co-pay card has run out of funds

I’m based in the U.S. and have been using Simlandi after my insurance (Anthem) stopped covering Humira. I’ve now been told that the co-pay card through the manufacturer has run out of funds. Do any of you have advice on how to continue with my medication without going broke?

I'm not sure why I feel severe brain fog when I look at the 1presso website, but I need guidance with a new manual grinder. It's primary use is for travel. My kit includes an Aeropress, Fellow Stagg XF and a Bonavita electric kettle. At home, it's almost always a V60 and a Fellow Ode Gen 1. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
