I lost my best friend Friday.
He's was15 with CHF , he collapsed so urgent vet visit. He had rapid atrial fibrillation and he wasn't getting oxygen thru to his lungs , brain. Quite a few other options to try $$$$ but I said I don't want him suffering anymore. Hardest decision ever but he's gone. I'm devastated to say the least. Hugs to all of you with elderly dogs. No matter how prepared you think you are.I found I wasn't prepared.
