i'm 15, turning 16 in about two months, and i honestly feel pretty lost.
i'm dealing with acne, low confidence, and i've been struggling mentally for a while too. i know i'm still young, but i don't want to waste the next few years feeling like this.
i really want to improve myself in every way i can. i want to build a good physique, get stronger, clear up my skin, become more disciplined, improve my confidence, and just feel comfortable in my own body for once. i'm pretty skinny, and the only equipment i have is a pullup bar.
i'm not trying to impress anyone. i just want to become someone i'm actually proud of.
for the older guys here who have been in a similar place, where would you start if you were my age again? what habits made the biggest difference? how did you stay consistent? what should i focus on first, and what mistakes should i avoid? whether it's fitness, skincare, confidence, discipline, mindset, or anything else, i'd really appreciate any advice.
