I was just having fun and trying out some new things, but my consistency of writing is driving me crazy! If you look at the hearts on the closest cookie, the red was a great consistency, which I used to write the
4th, but the blue was too loose, and the white was too thick. Any tips on getting perfect writing consistency?
I said I would never take another cookie order and here I am taking more cookie orders 😅 this is my fifth time doing cookies and I definitely feel like I’ve gotten faster! It still only came out to about $12 an hour, though 😥 But they were fun and it allows me to stay home with my girls. Any tips for photographing? You all have such nice professional looking photos of your cookies sets!
I was originally asked to do 30 cookies but the customer upped it to 50. Logos are HARD. How is this a profitable line of work?! I do cakes and cupcakes mainly which are quite profitable but my husband advised I never take another cookie order again. Any tips? I’m pretty sure my consistency was wrong about 80% of the time so that’s something I need to work on.
