Wanted to get the overall sentiment from other UX Designers.
If you were a final round candidate and did not get an offer, would you appreciate a call from the HM letting you know they were a very good candidate but lacked in a skill they were looking for, or is that just salt in the wounds?
Looking to visit Panama. What would be the easiest nice beach to get to from Panama City. Not looking for parties. Just want chill quiet vibes where I can solo scuba, or get scuba certified.
I'm thinking Boca del Tora or Isla Grande. Is there any others I should be considering?

I make just under 140k and currently contribute 13% of my salary to my 401k. Employer matches 6%. Now I’m learning I should be maxing a roth ira after the employer match.
I’m 51 and can get a bonus that could potentially put me over the 151k limit, but that doesn’t come until October. I’m unlikely to hit that threshold this year.
So can I just drop $8600 now and lower 401k to 6%? What happens if my bonus or a new job puts me over. Do I just pull money out?
