Small-ish art gifted to me, 35cm sq. Idk how much I like the rendering, but I’m glad to be on a littler project than my last 70x90cm. Also, back on round drills from the big one being squares. Two photos, flash on and flash off. Strange how flash off seems to show more sparkle?
It was well worth it! My husband loves it! Gift for him, recreation of an acrylic on canvas painting I made for him years ago. CONSIDERABLY larger, haha. Original was 14” x 11”, the diamond art version is 35.4” x 27.6” / 90cm x 70cm. By far my largest project, and also my first square drill. I’ll straighten them up a bit tomorrow, and figure out how it shall be mounted. I know where we’ll put it once it’s framed or whatnot. I’ll take another pic once that’s all done!!
I haven’t posted any pics in a bit, life has been seriously outrageous lately. My youngest son departed for Air Force Basic Training clear across the country, and my oldest has decided that my parenting style was not to his liking and gone “no contact”. My heart is breaking all over the place, and haven’t felt like bragging at all. But, I do hope that maybe by next Wednesday it won’t be a work in progress anymore, and I AM very excited to be able to show everyone the finished project. All I have left is about 21” x 6”!
