We're hiring 1-2 creator partners to be the face of Alpha Sponge on TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is a long-term partnership, not a one-off video gig. You post to your own channels. We provide scripts, shot lists, and full creative briefs — you bring your face, your voice, and your audience.
THE ROLE
- 3 posts per week (12/month total, mix of TikTok + Instagram Reels)
- We provide full scripts and shot lists for every post
- You can adjust the scripts to match your voice — you're the expert on what works for your audience
- Long-term role for the right partner. We're building a brand, not running a content sprint
- We may also repurpose your top-performing posts as paid ads (full usage rights during the partnership)
COMPENSATION
- $600/month base, paid biweekly via direct deposit
- 12% commission on every website sale through your unique discount code (during active partnership)
- Volume bonuses (uncapped, paid on top of base + commission):
- $100 bonus at 25 sales/month
- $300 bonus at 75 sales/month
- $750 bonus at 150 sales/month
- $2,000 bonus at 500 sales/month
- $500 one-time milestone bonus when you hit your first 100 lifetime sales (recognizes early traction)
- Free product + quarterly replenishment
- Realistic earning potential: $750-1,400/month for active creators driving consistent sales. Top performers earn significantly more through bonuses.

A NOTE ON WHY WE'RE PAYING WHAT WE'RE PAYING
We're a small Black-owned business growing fast. The $600 base is competitive but not the highest you'll see on this sub.
