Sticky towel rack on a cabinet.

Looking for help on sticking a towel rack on the inside of my new wet bar cabinet. I can’t get any stickers to hold. Any suggestions?
I’ve tried liquid sandpaper.

Flat surface? How flat is flat enough?

It’s my first time tiling and all the DIY videos say a flat surface is paramount. I don’t know how one can possibly get a flat surface with concrete board. I’m putting up large format tile (24x48) and have the concrete board up but there are absolutely large gaps. Am I screwed or can mud fill those gaps?

Thanks in advance.

Is scaling up worth it? Do I buy a trailer and upgrade the truck?

I have a Chris Craft Heritage Corsair 28 in Chicago. The thought of trailering it to the UP / Mackinac / Les cheneaux islands is very attractive sounding.

Has anyone done this or spent time enough there to advise on whether buying a trailer (10-15k) and upgrading the truck for that distance towing is worth it?

My thought is the trailer would pay for itself in 4 years of reduced winter storage fees (I have a free warehouse to put it in). The truck will cost more as an everyday driver / fuel consumption.

What’s the risk/reward here?

Thanks!
