Being made redundant - should I tell potential employers in interviews?

I'm about to be made redundant once the company is ready to go into liquidation. It sucks, but I've made my peace with it.

I am job searching and will inevitably be asked why I'm wanting to move on. Would you tell them you're made redundant, OR the usual spiel about wanting change/new challenges etc.?

Edit: Thanks y'all for the advice - will be honest and upfront when I get asked :)

Anyone else find weed joints give you psychedelic effects?

The last few times I've smoked weed joints (only a few puffs each time) and I get time distortion, visual distortion with seeing patterns, not as intense as shrooms but definitely there. Also just heavy body load and restlessness.

I never have this experience with edibles, or vaping. It seems specifically only with joints for me that I feel this psychedelic experience.

Will be made redundant - does redundancy payout get calculated using NES or FEG?

Edit to add context: company is in voluntary administration

I've been informed I will be made redundant, but I'm confused about how many weeks of redundancy I will get per year of service.

I have 3 years of service. Under NES, it says I will have 7 weeks of redundancy pay. I can see that for FEG, it is up to 4 weeks per year of service. Does this mean, going via FEG, I would get 12 weeks of redundancy pay, or does it stick to 7 weeks?

I've been told by administrators that likely the company will be liquidated first before I can get FEG to pay me out.

What are my rights as a cotenant in getting my bond back from the principal tenant who is continuing the lease?

Long story short, me and my now ex-housemate are not good for each other. I won't go into the Nitty gritty but I decided to move out on the 3rd of May.

He has withheld my bond due to "bills due" on the 9th of May that he wants to deduct from my bond. Fine, I play his game and wait for him. He still has yet to pay me back.

When I asked him to give me the bond back, he told me to sign the change of shared tenancy form, which outlines that the outgoing tenant SHOULD NOT sign until they receive the bond from the tenant who stays. I told him I will not sign until I receive my money.

What are my rights given that there's a grey area with cotenants not returning bond? I called the tenants hotline and they said the only thing I can do is wait after 14 days and then file with NCAT... But that it could take months.

I feel stuck as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the property, I cleaned it extremely well when I left and he is continuing his lease.

I'm just frustrated and am looking for advice.
