Hey everyone! I've been trying to talk to ASU's financial aid for the past week in both the chat and via phone but can't get ahold of anyone; has anyone had this before / know what to do here?

SoFi is claiming the loan is fully dispersed and has given me information about repayment, loan has been fully certified by ASU and funds sent off to them; however, ASU is still showing "disbursement hold." I have no holds on my account, outstanding balances, grades are fully in, etc.. I'm unsure of what to do at this point? Thank you!
